What is Annual Maintenance? |
|

|
|
|
Annual Maintenance provides comprehensive maintenance for marine communication and navigation equipment on an annual contract basis.
As ships nowadays have become more intelligent with sophisticated and complex onboard equipment, maintenance work has become a heavy burden on the crew. Furthermore, the implementation of ISM code necessitates a Safety Management System (SMS) for the administration of maintenance and repair records. Cost reduction for these tasks is now a big issue.
We are introducing "Annual Maintenance" as a solution to the operation and maintenance of onboard equipment. It consists of three services.

Onboard Service |

Service person is dispatched to the ship by the manufacturer or agent during the contract period to provide maintenance and inspection services, test the capability of equipment, make repairs when there are malfunctions, and to prepare for and be present at the time of Safety Radio inspections. |

Maintenance Information Service |

By way of INMARSAT Satellite Communication, the help desk accepts requests for diagnostic support regarding malfunctions, inspecting and maintenance support, and support for operation instructions 24 hours a day, and provides fast service. |

Maintenance Management Service |
|
|
|
We regularly send your ships' service records (maintenance records, repair records and radio transmitter inspection reports) regarding your onboard equipment. You can also view these service records on the Internet. |

These services cover all ports in the world, with base service centers located in Tokyo, Amsterdam and Seattle. |

To be eligible for Annual Maintenance Support, your company and your ships must be covered by the "Annual Maintenance Contract." To enter into this contract, give us the names of your ships to be covered by the maintenance contract and your contact address.
Upon entering into the "Annual Maintenance Contract", you will be given a user ID and password with which you will be able to access the web page and view the maintenance information stored in our database.
